Kim is the CEO of Eduro Learning and Co-Founder of COETAIL. She is an enthusiastic and innovative globally-minded educator. Her work focuses on helping core subject teachers authentically embed current and emerging technologies in the classroom to create a global and collaborative learning environment.

Diana Beabout
Diana is the Online 9 and an Online 13 COETAIL Facilitator and an Online 2012-13 cohort graduate. She is an educator with over 20 years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and coach in the United States, Japan, China, and Qatar. Although her main professional focus is facilitating the learning and growth of students and educators, Diana is a self-professed lifelong learner and appreciates any opportunity to enhance her own understanding and experience. After nine years abroad, Diana has returned to the United States and is currently in Denver, Colorado.

Joel Bevans
Joel is the Online 12 COETAIL Facilitator. He is the Elementary School Curriculum Coordinator at the International School of Panama where he lives with his wife and three daughters. Joel is passionate about using technology as a tool to create a classroom without walls and believes that giving students opportunities to connect, collaborate and create with other students around the world makes the world a smaller place.

Ange is the Online 10 COETAIL Facilitator. She is a math(s) teacher and Ed Tech specialist. Enthusiastically nerdy. Travel addict. Hop head. COETAIL grad. Currently Secondary Vice Principal at Discovery College HK.

Lissa Layman
Lissa is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Eduro Learning and Director of COETAIL. After beginning as a French teacher in South Carolina (USA), she began her international teaching career as an Instructional Coach (Tech Integration) in Kuwait in 2012. Now living in Beijing, she is a Critical Friends Group Coach, a Google for Education Certified Trainer, a 2013-14 COETAIL graduate and has an M.Ed. in School Technology Leadership from the Univerity of Kentucky.

Tara Waudby
Tara is an Online 13 COETAIL Facilitator. A TCK herself, Tara began her teaching career in Phoenix, Arizona before moving into international education where she has spent 20+ years in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Taiwan serving in numerous roles. Tara is a proud graduate of the first Online COETAIL cohort in 2012-13. Currently, she serves as the Head of School of Riffa Views International School and she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Education for Social Justice through the University of San Diego.

Tanya LeClair
Tanya is the Online 11 COETAIL Facilitator. Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, she has been living and teaching abroad since 2011. She believes that teaching is all about relationships and fostering a culture of sharing and collaboration. Her passion is not only using technology to reimagine pathways to learning but finding ways for 21st-century tools to connect students in creative ways.

Ryan Harwood
Ryan is the Online 8 COETAIL Facilitator. He spent the first 12 years of his career as a humanities teacher with a passion for technology integration. He is currently sharing that passion for learning at ACS Amman. He is a Google for Education Certified Trainer and founder of EdCamp Accra and the #AfricaEd Twitter chat.
