If you don’t know already I’m an avid mountain biker. It’s something I’ve enjoyed doing for almost 20 years. When we are looking to make a potential move one of the first things I do is research the availability and proximity of mountain biking. Lucky for me I currently have stellar mountain biking right out my front door. Since moving to Borneo 15 months ago many of my friends have asked about the type of riding that’s available here. Much of the riding and terrain is very different from any other place I’ve riden and it’s a bit difficult to explain. I thought the best way to satisfy the curiosity of my biking brethren was to make a short video of one of our rides.

That brings me to the point of this post. I had edited my video and wanted to add some music. I am a big fan of using creative commons (I often use Compfight for searching CC images) images and wondered if there was anything of the sort available in audio format. I hopped over to the website and sure enough there is an audio section!

A cool site for music that is shared under the creative commons licsence is Jamendo. The site has a pretty flexible search tool as you are able to search for music using tags, by genre, by lyric, playlist or album. If your into music it’s worth checking out!

If your at all interested in the MTB vid I’m still putting some finishing touches on it and should have it up shortly. I’ll post a link when I have it completed.
